Camping/Bubba fix WHEN?!
Making a hybrid post about these two issues that have plagued the game long enough. I am tired of hearing the 'just do gens argument'. This poor Ace was on his first hook against Leatherface. Sure, he had run the killer a little bit, but only ONE generator had been completed to this point. He was tunneled after being unhooked in second stage, and of course, subsequently DC'd on his next down (can we blame him at all?).
Here is the problem with a camping Leatherface:
- Built in one hit down ability, with a very low skill requirement
- No ability to 'hook trade' due to his power
- Ignores Borrowed Time by being able to hit the same survivor more than once with his power
Tell me how (particularly in a solo queue match) you expect survivors to bring every perk necessary to fully combat this one playstyle? Kindred, Camaraderie, Borrowed Time (debatable), Decisive Strike, Unbreakable, Tenacity, etc. etc.
Allegedly we were getting a fix for Bubba not being able to facecamp with his recent rework, but those allegations have been completely proven wrong. Just because he can't hold the rev doesn't stop him from waiting for the unhook animation to begin.
As for camping: slow down a hooked survivor's timer based on a killer's proximity (i.e. even slower the closer the killer is to the hook).
As for Bubba: I really don't have any suggestion other than possible requiring him to reload the chainsaw somewhere a bit further after a hook? That, or a complete rework of how his chainsaw works. It is just bogus and boring!

Bottom line, if it's Bubba, throw altruism out the window and SURVIVE.
Or do one really good chase and not even have a chance to help others? Barely had one chance thanks to Unbreakable.
If a bubba is facecamping guess what he isn't doing. Stopping you from working on gens. Go repair everything it'll end much better than throwing yourself at the hook over and over
"Buba is fine" - lol. Watch the video and tell me you'd be cool with being the hooked survivor. Worst killer they ever introduced to the game.
