Would it be OP if Cruel Confinement blocked windows when gen is being worked on, not completed?
Basically: Survivor touches a gen -> Every window (and pallet preferably) gets blocked for the time gen is being worked on + X seconds (Like 5-6 seconds).
I think this would be a really cool niche effect that should've been in CC in the first place, making it similar to Mindbreaker.
EDIT: Not all windows on the map, but the ones within certain range from the gen being worked on, like 24 or 32 meters.

Yes. Other survivors have no idea who is working on a gen, you can go to a pallet you 100% know it's there just to have it blocked. You can't play around it, you can't avoid it. It's just pure rng. No thank you.

Yes because it would be op on any killer with stealth or even Tinkerer. It would need to be a Hex perk for this effect.
Also give broken and exhausted status effects for 60 seconds. Make it more OP.
Combined with mindbraker or blood echo all survivors are pretty dead.
