I am already going ahead and say
Cruel Limits: increased duration up to a minute
Mindbreaker: Removed conditions (so as long as you're working on a gen X secs exhaustion)
forced penance could get a whole rework because being broken is on one side very awful for new players and absolutely trash on the side of high ranks. It's a lil ol freddy.
So I would like to see a change or sth like that works like plagues ability. You can stay THAT or you do THIS and buff the killer for a short amount of time/invest time doing THIS to avoid THAT
