Flashlight Beam Angle Lower Than Usual

For a couple months now flashlights have been behaving very strangely. Normally you'd aim it at the killers face and they'd get blinded but lately you have to look up a bit more than usual, almost toward the sky to get the blind which makes it very awkward trying to blind the killer. I noticed something similar a while back where Plague's vomit was effected the same way however that has been patched. Flashlights however are still having this issue.
