There's nothing imbalanced about it. Most perks or add-ons that show killers aura's are pretty damned useless. The same cannot be said in reverse. Killers have no perks even remotely as strong as Kindred or Object of Obsession, not in the aura-reading department.
The quantity of things does not denote the quality of information provided.
Survivors have alert, dark sense, babysitter, buckle up, breakdown, kindred, object of obsession and key addon called blood amber. That's quite alot from which alert and kindred are excellent perks and OoO is game breaking in an SWF.
None of the killers' aura reading perks or addons are not really that powerful, except maybe Plague's pink aura reading addon.
