Help with Optimization

I've been playing DbD since a little before the Halloween update with Myers and the game has never been properly optimized so it's always ran at a horrible quality at a horrible framerate. It's honestly infuriating.

Atm what I have done is

  • Set everything to 0 except Shading and Animation quality in the .ini file
  • Playing at 1920x1080 resolution with a resolution scale of 60%
  • Have to play with "Text Size" in windows settings at 100% so the game doesn't cause me to misclick out of the window in fullscreen
  • Game Dvr and Game Mode in Windows OFF
  • In Game graphics at LOW
  • Scalability Resolution in .ini at 80
  • Frame rate limit at 122

MY SPECS

  • intel i7-7820HK CPU @ 2.90GHz
  • 32.0 GB of RAM
  • GTX 1080
