The changes Dead by Daylight is in dire need of

Leaving the minor things aside, there's a lot of huge changes that have not yet been made but have been needed since the release of the game.

This has been said many times before but i'm gonna repeat it again, maybe devs will acknowledge the dire need of this change.

1.For the love of Huntress, please make an area proximity penalty for killers that camp hooks, this can single handedly sandbag a game for everyone. You will say,if they camp the hook you can just do gens, yeah you can,you will escape, and you will leave the game with no more than 10k bps or so,because you get no boldness points since you never in a chase with the killer, since he camped the first survivor to death.

You get no safe unhook points, because you cant unhook survivors since they are camped and pretty much impossible to save.3 escape with about 10k bps,and one dies with almost no bps because he got camped on first hook to death. If a killer is in the near proximity of a survivor.

Lets say 16 meters for too long,he will receive a penalty. This will not work on maps with second floors,if the killer is right above survivor on second floor the proximity area penalty will not trigger,so it will be balanced on maps like the game or hawkins laborator.

2.And this leads to another problem, survivor bloodpints gain, not really a huge problem but still worth mentioning, even if you have a perfect game and escape you will get no more than 20-25k bps when as killer I had matches where I got no kill and still got over 25k+ bps.Survivors need a little bit of boost in bps gain.

3.I have been playing both killer and survivor now and I gotta say,I have a much harder time playing survivor, even though as a killer I still struggle againts a well coordinated swf but about 80% of my matches I have no problem in getting at least 3 kills,no camping or mori,or anything like that.Or any broken meta build.

I know dc penalty will be fixed sooner or later but this leads to the mess soloq is right now because the matchmaking without the mmr system I was so excited for,not working as intented.I guess you can say soloq can be pretty much impossible and swf can be too easy, this both need to be balanced. As much as I love this game, the more I play it,the clearer it becomes these changes need to be made.

If 4 survivors are alive and the first survivor suicide on hook, the team should receive some kind of bonus, speed boost to gen repair or movement speed for a period of time for being hindered by the survivor who killed on hook to avoid the dc penalty(in the future). This will be an especially useful change in soloq, where survivors can throw a game so easily.

A few minor changes I would like to see.

4.Now that hex meta is back to the game this small change can really make a huge difference.

Small game, this perk is really useful againts traps and totems, but what it always bothered me is that totems and traps have the same sound cue.

It would make a huge difference to have 3 different type of sound cues for totems and traps,so you will know for sure which one is it.The third one would be when both a totem and a trap is in the same proximity area.Maybe the perfect tweak for that perk to make survivors use it more, because I doubt its used much now.

5.Bloodwebs,we can all agree the bloodweb is so outdated, having too pick items you will never use.Replacing the bloodweb with a bloodpoints shop would make everything so much better. The shop can give discounts to surprise boxes and such, and maybe contain limited event items from the past as well.Maybe its just me but I really would much preffer a shop than a bloodweb.

    1. Camping actually does hurt killers by draining their points and making it harder for them to rank up. However, since most players seem to be incapable of actually NOT saving, and therefore rewarding the camping killer by trying, camping won't go away anytime soon. Speaking of that, did you know BHVR actually tried punishing killers who stay near hooks by slowing down the sacrificial process? It was abused by survivors so they removed it.
    2. Killers get more points by default because they're the one who stays the longest in a match. It helps that all of their BP categories involve survivors. Survivors only get a lot of BP if they escape the trial, as one category is basically locked behind if you escaped or not. If you make it so that survivors can gain as much BP as the killer for doing less, then people will stop playing Killer.
    3. Playing solo survivor is the hardest experience Dead by Daylight can provide. There's a reason why SWF is popular. If you find it too hard, find some friends or join the DbD Discord to find people to play with.

Yes,camping hurts everyone in a match, the penalty should be different, like literally force the killer to leave the hook and pressure gens.

Even if you literally made so that a camping killer lost all their points and went back to Rank 20 and then got banned for a day, there would still be campers. Its a mindset. People need to learn that the carrot works better than the stick. That's why perks like BBQ was made, cause it rewards the Killer for hooking different survivors and they get to know where the next survivor is.
