Question about Flashlights (for other survivors)

so i know now i have to start blinding the killer after 2 seconds of pick up give or take a micro-second but what add-ons are best. a purple flashlight has 1 secs and the green battery adds 6 secs and the yellow adds 4. their is also another add-on that moderately reduced the charges used which is better and gives more time? the green and yellow battery or the green battery and the moderately reduces the charges?

    Utility Flashlight, Odd Bulb, High-End Sapphire Lens is the fastest you can blind and it's near instant. You can even stop to blind in chases randomly sometimes.

    so will i start blinding at 3 sec after pickup

    Blind about the second the Survivor has been thrown up in the air lightly after the killer picks up, I'd say.

    Also people don't realize that the "blind hitbox" is not in the killers head/face but rather his/her upper chest/lower neck. The only exception to this is Hag because she is hunched over.

    Didn't they remove insta blinds?

    Also i heard the Utility Flashlight with Green Battery and Reduced comsuption is the best combo

    That's the best because it's a quick blind and it lasts a long time. However, in terms of sheer blind speed, UF + OB + HESL is still the quickest. It isn't instant anymore in the same sense, however, if the killer doesn't have laser fast reactions it will still blind superfast.
