Do you guys know how much time does the devs fix an errors?

So i'm having an error since 9 september. The new update, and i haven't been able to play since then. So i sended a ticket to costumer support and they told me that they have escalated my message to the technical team. And later of that i didn't have more answers so, do you guys know how much this will take? i don't want to play the game in one year D:

    Probably some days. Or weeks. Or months. Or years. BHVR is a bit inconsistent with their time they need to fix errors and bugs.

    like it's a error that doesn't let me enter the game not even play it. It's called gpu crashed or d3d something. So idk if they will fix it :(

    Behavior needs to add a game health chapter, so they can actually FIX THE GAME. But we will just hope that they actually do it so it will be a more fun experience to play.
