40k bp wasted

I redeemed the new bloodpoint code, spent around 40k on Pig, and then the game crashes. The bp is still gone, and my levels in Pig are reset. Little annoying. I know I run the risk of sounding stupid, but does anyone know if there is any way I could contact bhvr to get the bp back? I just wanted to play Pig man.

    I get that it's a little annoying - I'd be annoyed too; but what is stopping you from playing the Pig normally? I mean, you can play her without needing to level her first. Will it be "as good" no not really, but 40k really won't do too much either but just a few levels if she's low level; or maybe 1 if she's higher level already.
