Generators should regress while having vomit on them

This would add a unique strength to Plague: Ranged generator regression.

The regression would be the same as when the generator is kicked, but only be active while the generator is infected. This would not trigger any kicking related effects such as Pop Goes The Weasel or Dragon's Grip.

This adds interesting decisions to Plague gameplay: Do you kick a generator, which might give you a longer regression than using the vomit, or do you use the vomit which you can do from range and saves you time over going to the generator and kicking it?

Due to the generator regressing from vomit this would also prevent the use of Pop Goes The Weasel (and Dragon's Grip, and other such perks) if an infected survivor touches a generator and you down for them for example. The generator would be considered to be in the regression state, so you couldn't kick it until the infection wears off. It's not strictly a buff, rather it adds more depth to playing Plague.
