Going backwards

I hope devs can explain why killers are warping backwards at pallets, why when repairing gens they are going backwards instead of forwards, when healing going backwards instead of forward, cleansing totems going backwards instead of forward. I have like 20 videos of this happening and other players seeing it too yet nothing has been done about it...
