Yes, it blocks the fake pallets too. Same with Doctor's Illusionary pallets.

So when you are not in sleep world you can see where is the fake pallet too?
With this perk
No. It will only block if you can see the pallet, like it'll only block Doctor's Illusionary pallets if you can see them. Otherwise, it's just empty space/broken pallet pieces.
