Can you start forbidding to use chat for the people who are toxic in it but don't cross the line?

Title.

There are many rude things people shouldn't say, yet they are allowed to say that for whatever reason.

It would be nice that all those "ggez, uninstall" people were forbidden to use chat option.

Banning them from the game would be too strict (though welcome), but there definitely should be a punishment.

    If only. I'm on PS4 and just have it set up so no one that isn't my friend already can message me --- and no one that I do not know of ahead of time, can send me friend invites (to attach messages that way). Solves my issues with it right on the spot. Lol
