Another bug

Just was playing as survivor on the new Badham map. The Blight I was playing against could NOT hook people. Seriously. I wiggled out, and every time he went to hook me, he would freeze and I could keep wiggling. How fair is this bug, and how long will it last?

I got it playing killer today too. Not every time, but I got to the hook and could not hook the survivor. I hope they fix it soon.
