Rank Reset Today Somehow

I got on Dead by Daylight today and it gave me Rank Reset even though it's not the 13th. I don't know why this happened and I only really know it's some sort of bug because it didn't happen to my friends and it's not the 13th of the month.

I play on Nintendo Switch and the only other time I've had it so that the rank resets when it's not the 13th, is when I first bought the game. I was Rank 5 Killer and Rank 6 Survivor, but then it just reset when I opened the game. I play on a daily basis so it's not like I just haven't played since Rank Reset occurred.
