QoL Changes to perks & killers
Myers (EW 1):
Terror Radius: 0m (Was 6m)
Movement Speed: 100% (~4.00m/s)
Lunge: Normal (Was slightly reduced)
Myers (EW 2):
Terror Radius: 16m
Movement Speed: 115% (~4.60m/s)
Lunge: Moderately increased (Was normal)
Myers (EW 3):
Terror Radius: 32m
Movement Speed: 130% (~5.20m/s)
Lunge: Tremendously increased (Was normal)
Rework: EW 3 no longer gives every survivor the exposed status effect. However will now grant Myers a 25 % attack recovery speed but to compensate, his EW 3 will last 30 seconds longer than normal!
Trapper (Traps):
Disarm Time: 5 seconds (Was 2.5 Seconds)
Skill Check: Every bear trap will now have at least 1 skill check during the disarm time, failing it will cause your hand to get caught in the bear trap.
Struggle: Survivors will have a 0% chance to break free from a bear trap during the first 15 seconds but after the 15 seconds, survivor's will have a 25% chance to break free from the bear trap.
Hex (Devour Hope):
2 Tokens: Grants the killer a 15% movement speed increase for 30 seconds after hooking a survivor.
3 Tokens: All survivors suffer from the exposed status effect.
4 Tokens: Survivors can now be mori'd.
Hex (Ruin): Decreases ever survivors repair speed by 30/40/50% and removes great success zones for repair skill checks.
Decisive Strike: Once per trial, when you have wiggled to a total of 200/175/150% and you are in the killer's grasp, receive a skill check to automatically fill the rest of the bar and receive a 60 second bleed-out timer. Increases your chances of becoming the killer's obsession.

The bear traps are a bit much, 15 seconds is a pretty long time being immobile especially if the killer has your devour of hope.
D strike sounds like a massive downgrade. People have a hard time wiggling free themselves and you suggest to double it for a 1 time perk? It makes iron grasp/agitation redundant
Decisive Strike, I think you miss understood me a little! Basically if the survivor wiggled 75%, 60%, then on their final hook 15%... That would be enough % to get the DS skill check and break free from the killer's grasp. I would actually use DS if this is how it was reworked since it's the killer's fault for taking too long to hook me! Overall, great civil and valid points @starkiller1286!
I don't think you know what Quality of Life changes are.
