That's basically the entire basis of his/her power. Hit you with Feral Frenzy so that you are hit with Deep Cut, then their power causes people within a certain range to have a heart beat on them (revealing where they are at). So he/she runs to them, hits them with Deep Cut, and so on until either everyone has been cut or the powers run out.
