Error 500 (3x in a row) Lost a Pip

I was Rank-7 (worked very hard to get it today) and qued up and the next three attempts at games all failed saying someone disconnected while the match was loading. I didn't lose any of my stuff but I did lose a pip? Can you look into this? I worked hard for that Rank.
