I thought of a cool doctor's addon (replacement for ######### scrapped tape)
Scrapped tape goes into Very-Rare tier, switching places with one of Carter's notes
Here's the idea:
So we replace detection&oppression tool with high mobility power.
Mechanically it would be similar to Freddy's teleports or Demo's portal.
Doc sees ALL generators he is able to teleport to. Additionally, he's seeing "arrows" showing the path he is going to make in order to get to the gen he wants to. When he activates his ability, he "jumps" into the nearest gen, then to the other gen and so on from one gen to another until he reaches the point he desires.
Each time he "moves" from one gen to the other, he releases a miniature static blast with 8 meters range, applying Static Therapy on survivors hit.
Additionally, he could also pop in flashlights, making survivors insane and temporally turn flashlights off for 10-20 seconds.
