Will Blight's release be effected by the fact the PTB is a week behind?

Just wondering cause The Blight that we've been testing for the past week isn't the most up to date on the Dev build and won't be hitting live servers, so will we be getting an extra week of PTB time to test the actual Blight we should be getting?

    i doubt it. if there aren’t any ptb changes tomorrow we probably wont get to test the actual blight until release

    they should put the updated one on ptb. i still think we have 2 weeks minimum till next chapter.

    The blight isn't a week old outdated version. McLean was referring to a specific bug, not the entire killer. What he said has been exaggerated and taken out of context.

    McLean was referring to more than just the double stun. If you can actually back your claim up with evidence, I'll believe you, but everyone in the DBD community is under the impression that McLean, a dev who seemed rather upset with the PTB version of Blight, is telling the truth that he's made a ton of changes in between PTB release day and the actual last updated build of Blight for the PTB, a week prior.
