This email prove everything that developer not really serious in taking action of hacking and ban report since too many ticket that they got. so just playin with cool guys.

    i report someone who hacking speed and aura so they can easily win.

    The Email says that they dont overturn Bans. So people who got banned are appealing to get the Ban revoked, which BHVR is not doing. At least this is what I understand from this Email.

    This also confirms what BHVR is writing on this Forum - that they are not doing anything if EAC is banning people.
