Can killers get a way to leave a game without suffering a DC penalty?

multibingles

Killer wants to leave a match? DC penalty.

Survivor wants to leave a match? Just ######### on the hook and suffer nothing.

Or you know.. Just remove the DC penalty again and keep it gone this time.
