Fire Up Buff Idea

People often say that Fire Up would be a lot better if the numbers were buffed. But considering the things it buffs are only a small variety and handled much better by Perks like Bamboozle and Brutal Strength, I think something else should be done.

My proposed buff is:

1 Token: 9/10/11% increased action speed, 1/2/3% increased lunge range, 1/2/3% faster Bloodlust gain
2 Tokens: 12/13/14% action speed; 4/5/6% lunge; 3/4/5% BL
3 Tokens: 15/16/17% action speed; 7/8/9% lunge; 5/6/7% BL
4 Tokens: 18/19/20% action speed; 10/11/12% lunge; 8/9/10% BL
5 Tokens: 1/2/3% increased movement speed
