New killer idea, "The Thing."
A good new licensed killer could be from the 1982 John Carpenter's, "The Thing."
Power: Replicate
The ability to take the exact appearance of the last survivor hooked. Can mimic the survivor's appearance at will and when active, reduces the terror radius to zero. Cannot attack survivor's until changed back into the Thing. Also a movement speed increase, vaulting speed increase, and pallet destroying speed increase, along with overall size increase with each killed survivor.
Perk 1: Blood Drunk
Injure at least three survivors. Every third survivor injured grants the Blood Drunk perk ability. Once activated the recuperation from an injury attack is instantly cancelled and the killer is granted a speed boost.
Perk 2: Every piece is alive
With each chime of the end game except for the first, the Thing, loses one speed increase and size increase from a survivor who was sacrificed in the form of another Thing. This extra Thing, will run one survivor down injuring one health state before dying. Any survivor on a hook or in the dying state will be ignored by the extra Things.
Perk 3: Hunger Strike
After three pallets are dropped on the killer, the Hunger Strike perk ability can be activated. Once activated, the killer frenzies through a dropped pallet and charges the survivor with a speed boost. This perk can only be activated four times per match.
Perk 4: Who goes there?
If a survivor completes an action while injured, their aura is revealed to the killer for 3 seconds.

The Thing is perhaps my favorite sci-fi horror movie of all time. Right up there with Event Horizon. However this killer would literally be destroyed by the most powerful tool in a survivors arsenal. Headsets. This would become another killer who may crush randoms but gets crushed by SWF.
I like the idea of Who Goes There. It would be amazing on the Plague
