[PC] Killer Belongings Spawn in Inaccessible area on Midwich

I have seen both a Jigsaw Box and a Hex Totem spawn behind this door. The only thing behind it is a ramp leading to another breakable door, making it inaccessible if the killer decides not to break it.

I'm pretty sure this isn't intended, and can be game-breaking if a Jigsaw Box with all 4 keys happens to spawn there. I will be doing more testing to see how often this sort of thing occurs, but wanted to report it now and see if anyone else has encountered it.
