Walking speed is normally 56%, right?

So if I use Fixated, (increases walking speed by 20%) will it work like this: 56+20=76 or this: 56×1,2= 67,2

    Survivors are walking at 2.26 m/s.

    With your 20% increase perk, it goes to 2.712 m/s = 67.8%
