Do Hooked Survivors Trigger Whispers?
Just wondering if hooked survivors trigger Whispers or not because every time I've hooked a Survivor in the past with Whispers slotted its always 100% of the time guaranteed to be set to -on- status.
I mean I'm fine with it either way (although it'd be a good buff for Whispers if they didn't trigger it)
I'd just like to know so I can leave the hook area with relative certainty that if I see Whispers active it means there is another Survivor near the hook or it means nothing because it's picking up the hooked Survivor.

Surprise :o I'm useful and annoying. One of these things is applicable here, both generally are.
