4 year bug?

"Fixed an issue where the Hillbilly's chainsaw charge would not be fully reset properly after being stunned, leading to the Hillbilly having the ability to use the chainsaw too quickly after a stun."

If this was a bug, it took you guys a LONG time to fix it. Why not just put this in balance rather than calling it a "bug"?

    Wow what? Really? Oh no, now I'm gonna have to check how they nerfed billy for the umpteenth time

    They use the phrase "too quickly" like it was a game breaking bug LMAO. I used this and while it could help sometimes, it was just like a QOL thing to help you break a pallet faster.

    Clearly this "bug" is a much higher priority than the slinger, plague and sound bug. Obviously
