Increase fast vault speed to 0.3 seconds.

I see no reason not to as long as killers with bad internet can hit you even after taking many steps. You guys neglect to fix this issue since you have gone silent even after stating it would come out at patch 4.1.0. I should mention vault speed build cant even save you against bad internet killers if it's really bad.
