A Suggestion for Teachable Perks

When you purchase a Character's Teachable from their Bloodweb all other Characters will receive the Tier 1 Version of the Teachable Perk in their inventory.


This feature will help players get quicker access to a greater pool of Perks and entry with the Perks they want to play with on a specific Character. Particularly , lowering the barrier to entry to improve the newer player experience in terms of grinding.

    That would get rid of effort in getting the perks you wanted and part of the randomness factor in the bloodweb. Plus what effect would it have when you prestige?

    There's a lot of perks out there that's not worth using unless they're level 3, so it'd not do much.

    If we instead removed the 3 level thing from perks so they're maxed out when you buy them from the bloodweb right away, that'd probably be a better solution. Would also reduce the perk grind by lots.
