Hit detection problems with Huntress

Has something changed with Huntress projectiles, or am i just getting vpn abusers?

I know she throws beach balls and can hit around corners, but 4 steps past the corner is a bit much to still be taking damage.

I am still being hit after i crouch behind cover

I am being hit after clearly dodging the hatchet and it is travelling the opposite direction to me.

I thought dedicated servers and the recent update were supposed to fix this.
