Yes it seems the system is still banning people randomly for no actual reason.
so wait... they removed it, updated the game, added it back, then promptly removed it again because they didn't fix the issue before?

Turns out programming is harder than they thought.
Looks like somebody got a lil buthurt over that once since you're in the penalty box now
