The way I see it either we grit our teeth a little longer and the system adjusts or it's no different than before
Red rank killer = rank 10-5 any other killer. An exception is only Nurse. She require prediction and completely different way of thinking. :^)
Well if you win against people who are a lower rating then you, you gain less rating yourself
Not necessarily because the dev's said the system can tell how unbalanced the match was and adjust accordingly
