Forced Penance should be 90 seconds
New Bubba has an add-on called Rusted Chain which inflicts broken for 90 seconds when using the chainsaw.
Legion's Broken Pin add-on inflicts broken for 60 seconds when hitting a survivor highlighted by Killer Instinct.
Getting a protection hit is, in my opinion, the same difficulty or even harder than getting a chainsaw hit so I believe that the numbers on Forced Penance should be increased to 90 seconds to reflect the harder activation requirements.
This would allow the perk to be a more viable pick and allow it to combo better which certain perks like Thantophobia or Blood Echo.
