Killer power charge time
When i playing as killer, some powers like Doctor shock therapy or hillbilly chainsaw, leatherface or nurse teleport charge, charge slower than normal and is not a consequence of any accessories i have equipped. Can anyone tell me if it is just my ping (I usually have 120 ms) or if it is the game and how can I fix it? Thanks.

It would have to be a result of Add ons. If your ping was bad enough to where your power is coming back noticeably slower, than I'm almost certain you would have just disconnected from an internet issue.
