Taking game hostage
I have a hypothetical question.
In Dead Dawg Saloon* map, there is this room in main building without any doors (if Killer doesn't break walls) and only a window vault to get in. Imagine this hypothetical situation: You've trapped all but 1 Survivor inside this room (You're bodyblocking the window vault and preventing them from leaving). Ideally, they'd be trapped there until the one free survivor does all the generators, opens the Exit Gate and triggers Endgame Collapse and then they'd all be sacrificied when the timer runs out.
However, the one free survivor refuses to do the generators. In this case, would this survivor be liable for taking the game hostage, or would it be the Killer?
*Doesn't have to be this exact situation on this exact map, trapping survivors anywhere works as well.

Its holding the game hostage even if the last survivor didn do gens I believe.
The killer is taking the game hostage. Why? Because he is trapping the survivors in a spot to prevent them from actually playing the game. This is the same as when the killer traps one survivor in a corner. The rest can do the gens but he is still taking the game hostage against one survivor who is unable to do anything about it. This was also the case with the basement stairs a long time ago.
To be honest I dont know why the make that room, its just dumb to create that type of dead ends in a game like this one.
