Microchanges
I am sure it has been suggested a lot, but hey, gonna suggest it again.
BHVR really needs to look into once every 2 week micro number changes rather than "Every 3 months rework a lot of stuff." Some changes, like changing knock out (Regardless of whether you think it needed it), do involve some changing in coding, but a lot of changes are just number tweaking, and they could do that way more easily to get certain perks right where they want them and readjust if they have over corrected.
