PC - The Cannibal cannot down while falling in chainsaw sprint

When chainsaw swinging and falling from a high place, you can hit a survivor and it provides feedback (splash of blood, survivor screams) but it does nothing to injure or down the survivor. May even provide speed boost but I'm unsure.

Steps to replicate:

Play (on steam) as The Cannibal with both chili addons

Fall from a high place and land on a survivor

Survivor may not get downed, but can make noise if follows what happened to me.

Found this out on Lampkin Lane playing as leatherface in the newest (4.1.0) patch. Fell from a deck on a house to land on a Bill and they screamed/bled, but did not go down.
