Can we recover from the For the people broken status with Solidarity? Or can we recover at 99% until the end of the debuff? Or Solidarity is completely useless with For the people?

You cannot recover.
While you are broken you cannot progress your healing in any way.
The real question is why doesnt it work with Second wind??????
Btw, dont use solidarity it is bugged atm

I saw a YouTube video, the player recovered at 99% with solidarity while broken status from for the people, is it a bug?
