Let's say you have just completed 3 daily challenges but did not claim the bp reward. After 3 days will those rewards still be there to claim with 3 new generated challenges?

no... the game will queue up one more behind the scenes. If you don't clear them out it won't give you another daily until you do. You can only have one daily queue'd up behind the scenes.
You have to claim it to free up them up for new ones.
