More Stealth/Exhaustion perks, less Endurance perks please.

Speaking in terms of balance, it's always endurance perks that end up being the most abusable. You see it now with the BT/DS/UB meta loadout, we saw it last year with the MoM/instaheal scumbag loadout, and since Soul Guard's introduction, it's been added to the meta survivor loadout as well. Second chance/endurance perks encourage toxic play-styles and act as training wheels that take mediocre survivors to the highest level of play.

Compare it to the exhaustion perks that the survivors have to time/use wisely in order to extend chases. They don't make up for mistakes, but rather set up good plays or bring the survivor to a strong position. Stealth perks like Urban Evasion & Iron Will not only prevent the survivor from being found, but are useful mid-chase once line of sight is broken. I can't tell you how many jungle gyms have been extended for me because I ran Iron Will. These are perks that give survivors an in-chase advantage that they still have to think to get use out of, whereas the perks in the first paragraph reward failure. These latter perks should be the design goal of survivor gameplay. Thank you for reading this rant. I thought it was common knowledge, but Soul Guard shows that someone on the balance team really wishes survivors had another health state.
