Three gen monsters.
What killers do you consider the most difficult for survivors to overcome in case of a 3 generator scenario, where killer has easy access to these remaining gens and can defend them for a long amount of time, while having a basically dead zone in worst case scenario and having from 3 to 4 survivors left to kill? What killers have the most potential to prevent these gens from being done and hold the game long enough for them to either win it and drain all resources out of survivors or at least gain enough points to get black-1 pip.
For me top 3 three-genning killers are:
- Plague - the situation like that is extremely beneficial to her: survivors are eventually all broken and affected by her perks, there is always at least 1 fountain near these gens and survivors are forced to spread to cleanse or risk being instadowned. And if they all cleanse they might eventually fill all fountains and give plague her range power that makes the situation even worse.
- Demogorgon - Portals give control on gens, reveal survivors on gens and force survivors to either seal portals or be affected by oblivious which is extremely dangerous in that situation and wastes their time or takes away a chance to leave a gen before killer arrives, especially on closed maps. Shred ability allows to hit survivors easily and start a chain of downs or simply punish mispositioning.
- Trapper - Needless to say, if this guy sits on 3 close gens and traps everything there, survivors would be in a desperate situation.
Comments
Doc - He has long been the master of the 3 gen scenario.
I'd put Slinger in there as well. He can easily cover 3 gens and hit you from outside his TR. On an open map, that is deadly.
No mention of The Doctor?
Doc + Distressing + Unnerving + Overcharge (4th perk is your choice) + a 3-gen strat = borderline hostage situations, especially on smaller maps.
