Where is Adrenawin?
If it's run in a 4stack, perhaps with one or two OoO, that's probably going to be the most consistently strong build in the game.
Dead hard - exhaustion perk
Decisive strike - Anti tunneling perk
Unbreakable - Anti slugging perk
Borrowed time - Anti camper perk

Spine Chill, Kindred, Bond and Detective's Hunch is my definitive solo build. Not that anybody asked.. 😎
Honestly Lithe is better.
Dead Hard fails too often.
1 - Spine Chill 1-3
2 - Bond 3
3 - Iron Will 3
4 - Calm Spirit 3
The best survivor build is
1- Self Care
2 - Inner strength
3 - Head on
4 - Diversion
