Remove Dying Light's obsession buff
Before Dying Light was (rightfully) reworked, the buff to the obsession kinda made sense. If they were gonna be tunneled, giving them a chance to get more altruism in before dying made it a little less miserable for them. However, it doesn't make much sense now. The obsession is already immune to the effects of Dying Light, so why give them an extra speed boost on top of that? The only reason I never use Dying Light is because I feel like the buff to the obsession will hurt me more than using that perk over a different one would help me.
