Did Michael get discreetly changed?
I played as him today with Dead Rabbit and Hair Bow addons. And I felt in game that it took alot longer to not just get from Tier 2-3 but 1-2. I know it takes a good bit for 2-3 since the bow addon. But I had to get one guy to middle like red before I even left Tier 1. Is it just me or did they make stalking require more time? Did I miss an update for him or something?
I'd hate to think if they did. He's already average as it is.
