Can Fire Up please have a number buff?
I want to love this perk, but even trying to pair it with "synergies" feels like a wasted perk slot. The bonus is just so TINY that it never actually affects the outcome of a chase. Just a slight number buff might make it worth taking, but as it stands you need to watch a frame-by-frame replay to notice ANY difference in the kicking or vaulting speeds.
If needed, you could even give different actions their own percentage boost instead of all just getting stacks of 4% (such as 6% kicking, 9% vaulting, 12% picking up). Giving each action its own number scale reduces the risk of exploit-ability.
