Crossplay confirmed for September 2020?

EpicBigBrain

So with the new stadia trailer for dead by daylight it announces crossplay will be coming in September, in the trailer it says:

"Millions of players to team up with in Cross platform play"

And then at the end of the trailer it says coming this September.

So is crossplay basically confirmed for this september now?

its a new console i think, but it doesn't look very popular so I guess it needs crossplay or the queue times would be too long
