Does anyone else feel a pause with Freddy's Pallets?

Like when you are placing them down there seems to be a good effort of my finger button to do so, like there is a sort of pause, or delay there, and I am wondering if this is a normal thing? I have no isses with snares just pallets.

    I hate using Freddy Pallets. I really hate it. Everytime I put o those addons I get a map with almost zero pallet placement until I break them and at that point they all know their fake anyways so when I'm hooking a survivor the rest of the team runs around and breaks them. Feels bad man.

    I... can’t say I’ve experienced this, but I’ve only played one match of pallet Freddy recently so maybe I should check again
