The new player experience...
Lots of the changes I see happening are mostly targeted towards veteran players of the game like most of us here on the forums.
And with the broken matchmaking that happens non-stop it isn't surprising to see lots of new players completely frustrated after trying this game.
Recently XqC (a famous canadian streamer) tried playing dbd, and while he loved the concept of the game there were most certainly lots of thing which pissed him off reasonably.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZltnD4p4FAAll I'm asking the devs for is to start improving game mechanics, fix bugs, fix matchmaking, work on the grind (just get rid of perk tiers for the love of god), and most importantly making it a better experience for newer players. Rather than releasing new chapters & cosmetics.
It's the reason whenever the game hits a peak the numbers go back to gradually decreasing, and this video above discusses it.
